Directions
1. Remove sealed lid. 2. Add about 1/3 cup water until oatmeal is covered. (Use milk for extra protein). 3. Stir until combined. 4. Heat in the microwave on high for 30-45 seconds. Caution! Cup and contents will be hot. Warm fresh oatmeal in seconds. Add water or milk until oatmeal is covered. Microwave 30-45 seconds.
