Directions
Vegan Pancakes: You'll Need: (To make a small batch (6 pancakes) of vegan pancakes, use 1 cup mix, 2 tablespoons oil, and 3/4 cup cool water. Prepare as directed). 1 box Essential Goodness plant protein pan cake mix. 4 Tablespoons oil. 1-1/2 cup cool water. Preheat: lightly greased griddle or skillet to medium, about 350 degrees F. Combine: Mix, oil, and water, stirring until nearly smooth. Allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes, to thicken. Pour: Batter 1/4 cup at a time on griddle. Cook until bottoms are golden brown, flip and cook until the second side is browned. Makes 12 vegan pancakes. Our Recipe For Plant Protein Pancakes: You’ll need: Yield: 6 pancakes -1 egg. 12 pancakes- 2 eggs, 18 pancakes -2 eggs, 24 pancakes- 3 eggs; You’ll need: Yield: 6 pancakes-2 tablespoon-oil, 12 pancakes-4 tablespoons-oil, 18 pancakes-6 tablespoon-oil, 24 pancakes-1/2 cup-oil; You’ll need: Yield: 6 pancakes-3/4 cup-milk, 12 pancakes-11/2 cups-milk, 18 pancakes-21/4 cups-milk, 24 pancakes-21/2 cups-milk; You’ll need: Yield: 6 pancakes-1 cup-mix, 12 pancakes-2 cups-mix, 18 pancakes-3 cups-mix, 24 pancakes-entire mix-mix; (1) White: Together eggs, oil, and milk.
