Directions Must cook thoroughly. Microwave Directions: For food safety and quality, follow cooking directions. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Remove bowl from outer sleeve do not pierce film. Heat bowl on high for 5 to 5-1/2 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Remove film stir before serving. Microwave directions developed with 1000-watt ovens. Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Caution: Bowl will be hot; avoid steam when opening. Do not re-use bowl. DO not heat in a conventional oven or toaster oven. Keep frozen.
