You Will Need: 12 oz beer or sparkling water; 2-3 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil (optional). Loaf Pan Baking Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or spray bottom of a 9 x 5 inch bread pan. 2. Fold bread mix and beer together in a large bowl for about 30 seconds. Do not overmix dough. 3. Place dough into pan, filling corners. Drizzle 1-2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil on top (optional). 4. Bake 50-55 minutes until crust is golden brown. Remove bread from pan and let cool before slicing. Focaccia Baking Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. While oven is pre-heating, grease 12 inch pizza pan or 9 inch x 12 inch baking sheet. 2. Fold bread mix, beer and 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional) together in a large bowl for about 30 seconds. Do not overmix dough. 3. Spread dough onto greased pizza pan or baking sheet. Drizzle 1-2 tbsp. olive oil over top (optional). 4. Bake 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven. Let bread cool before serving. Muffin Baking Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Pour beer and 1 tbsp. melted butter or oil into bowl. Add mix and stir for about 30 seconds. Batter will be lumpy. Do not over mix. 2. Spoon batter into greased 12 cup muffin pan, about 2/3 full. 3. Top with melted butter (optional). Bake 20-25 minutes.
