Directions For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen: do not thaw. Product must be cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F before eating. Ovens and wattages vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Read and follow the cooking instructions. Microwave Instructions (1100 Watts): (1) Cut film to vent. (2) Cook on high for 3 min. (3) Stir & replace the film. (4) Cook on high again for 1-1/2 - 2 min. (5) Let stand 1-2 min. Carefully remove film. Product will be hot. See side panel for Food Safety and Quality Instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F before eating. Use care when removing film as hot steam may escape. Do not reheat the bowl. Keep frozen.
