Directions Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Keep raw meet and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces including cutting boards, utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Directions: Do not cook from frozen. Grill: Remove steaks from sealed pouch. Place steaks on preheated, medium-high heat grill. Cook approximately 24 minutes, turning twice during cooking, and to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. Allow the steaks to rest for 1 minute before serving. Broil: Remove steaks from sealed pouch. Place on broiler pan in preheated oven set at 500 degrees F. Cook approximately 11 minutes, turning twice during cooking, and to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer, allow the steaks to rest for 1 minute before serving. Keep refrigerated.
