Directions
You Will Need: 1 lb boneless chicken, sliced. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. 1 medium onion, sliced. 1 bell pepper, sliced. Directions: 1. Place chicken and 1 tbsp oil in pan, cook thoroughly on medium-high heat, then remove from pan. 2. In same pan, saute vegetables in 1 tbsp oil. 3. Return chicken to pan with vegetables. Add 1/4 cup water and seasoning mix. Stir to combine. Simmer and additional 2 to 3 minutes.
Tips: Serve on warm tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, prepared Simply Organic Guacamole Dip and sour cream.
