Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F before eating. Promptly refrigerate unused portions. Ovens vary. Cooking times may need adjustment. 1. Do not pierce or remove film before cooking. 2. Cook on high for 3-1/2 minutes. Film may balloon slightly. 3. Carefully peel back film, stir gently, lay film back over dish. Microwave on high setting an additional 1-1-1/2 minutes. 4. Let stand 1-2 minutes, carefully remove film, stir gently and enjoy. Caution: Product will be hot! Use care when removing film as hot steam may escape. Film may split during cooking. Do not reheat the bowl. Do not prepare in conventional or toaster ovens. Keep frozen.
