Est. 1941. We use only the thin outer layer of tree-ripened lemons. Substitute wherever fresh peel desired. Add to baking. Saute vegetables in olive oil with Lemon Peel and Minced Garlic. 1 tsp. = 1 tsp. fresh lemon zest.
