Directions Cooking Instructions: To Boil: 1. Bring plenty of water to a boil; 2. Add the content of the bag and simmer for 10-15 minutes; 3. Drain, season to taste or toss with your favorite sauce and serve. To Simmer: 1. In a medium saucepan, combine the grains and water or broth; 2. Bring to a boil over high heat; 3. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for about 10 minutes; 4. Remove from heat and let stand covered 5 minutes. If you prefer less al dente grains, cook 2-3 minutes longer; 5. Drain any excess liquid; fluff with a fork and season to taste. Bulgur & Quinoa: 1/2 cup; 1 cup; 1-1/2 cups. Water/Broth: 1 cup; 2 cups; 3 cups. Microwave: 1. In a microwave-safe dish, combine 1 cup water or broth and 1/4 cup of grains; 2. Cover and microwave on high for 8 minutes; 3. Carefully remove dish from microwave and let stand covered 5 minutes; 4.
