Directions Cascabel Chicken Recipe. Makes 6 Servings /Ready in 30 minutes. 1 package Little's Cuisine Street Taco Mix 1/4 cup avocado or olive oil. 2 Tbsp. apple cider 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts 12 white corn tortillas. (1) Combine Street Taco Mix, oil and cider. (2) Add chicken breast and marinate in the refrigerator for a least 3 hours. (3) Cook chicken as directed on hot grill or skillet. (4) Thinly slice chicken and serve in warm tortillas. (5) Top with chopped onions, cilantro, sliced avocado, diced tomatoes, pico de gallo.
