Directions Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: For Food Safety and Quality: Cook to a uniform internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Ovens and wattages vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Product must be cooked thoroughly. Read and follow these cooking instructions. For ease of removal from bag, partially thaw bag of Lobster Mac & Cheese in a 1100 watt microwave on high power for 2 minutes 45 seconds. Carefully remove bag from microwave (edges of the bag will be hot). Center of the product will still be frozen. To Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut open one end of partially thawed Lobster Mac & Cheese and pour into a baking dish that is approximately 6 inches by 6 inches. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 1 minute before serving. To Microwave: Cut open one end of partially thawed Lobster Mac & Cheese and pour into a microwave safe dish that is approximately 6 inches by 6 inches. Microwave uncovered on high for 2-1/2 minutes. Stir, and microwave on high for another 2-1/2 minutes. Let sit for 1 minute. Stir and serve. Boil in Bag: Bring pot of water to boil. Add frozen bag of Lobster Mac & Cheese and boil for 30-35 minutes. Halfway through cooking, flip bag over in pot with a pair of tongs. Remove from boiling water with tongs and let sit 3-5 minutes. Open bag carefully and serve.
