Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F is reached. Fry: Fry: Cook in skillet over medium heat to desired crispness. Drain on paper towel. Bake: Bake: Place separated bacon slices on rack in shallow pan. Bake about 15 minutes at 400 degrees F. No turning necessary. Microwave: Microwave: Place bacon slices between paper towels on paper plate. Cook on high power. 2 slices: 1-1/2-2 min., 4 slices: 2-1/2-3 min. Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
