Directions Pancakes: 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Homestyle pancake & Waffle mix; 2/3 cup cold water. Heat a lightly greased griddle or pan over medium heat. In a bowl, stir pancake mix and water until just combined. Pour 1/4 cup portions of batter onto the hot griddle or pan. Cook until bubbly, then flip and cook until the center is set, about 1-2 minutes per side. Serve immediately. Makes 6 pancakes. Waffles: 1-1/4 cups Bob's Red Mill Homestyle Pancake & Waffle Mix; 2/3 cup cold Water; 2 Tbsp Oil. Preheat waffle iron to medium heat for at least 10 minutes. In a bowl, stir all ingredients until just combined. Follow waffle iron manufacturer's instructions for measuring and cooking waffles. Makes about 3 waffles. Store in a cool, dry place.
