Directions Basic Prep: Bring 3 cups water of stock to boil. Add 1 cup ancient grain blend and return to boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until grains are tender, about 70 minutes. Makes 3 cups cooked. Store in a cool, dry place. Cut to open.
