Directions
Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking Instructions: Thaw product thoroughly prior to cooking. Slice into 1/2 inch thick patties and place in a skillet. Cook over medium-low heat for 10-13 minutes. Turn often, brown evenly. Sausage is cooked thoroughly when internal temperature reads 170 degrees F and no internal pink is visible.
Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or refrigerate.
