Microwave: Microwave Directions: What You Need: 2-1/4 cups hot water 1/2 cup milk Make It: Combine potatoes, hot water and milk in 2-qt. microwavable casserole. (Do not add the Velveeta Cheese Sauce.) Microwave on high 18 to 20 min. or until potatoes are tender and only a small amount of liquid remains. Stir in cheese sauce. Note: Microwave ovens vary. Cooking time is approximate. Caution: Casserole and potatoes will be very hot.
