Directions Heating Instructions: Stovetop: Spray skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat. Warm pork chops 2 minutes per side until heated through. Remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes. Grill: grill pork chops over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side until heated through. Microwave: place 2-3 chops on a microwaveable safe plate. Cover and heat for 2 minutes or until heated throughout. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving. Cook times may vary depending on microwave. Keep refrigerated. Refrigerate or may be frozen. If frozen, thaw in refrigerator before heating to directions above. Once opened, use within 5 days.
