Cooking Royal blend with chia: 1 cup royal blend with chia; 2 cups water; 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional); 1 teaspoon (optional). Combine water and salt (optional) in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; add royal blend, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover with tight fitting lid or foil. Simmer for about 18 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand (covered) 5 to 10 minutes; fluff and serve. Yields approximately 3 cups cooked rice.
