Directions
Microwave: Directions: 1. Remove sealed lid. 2. For best results, add 1/4 cup cold water or use provided fill line (use milk for 2 g extra protein). 3. Stir until combined. 4. Microwave on high for 60 seconds. Add 10-15 seconds if wet spots are dime sized or larger. (Directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Microwaves vary. Adjust cooking time as needed.) Warm fresh minute flapjack: Add 1/4 cup water or milk or use provided fill line. Microwave 60 seconds. Caution! Cup and contents will be hot.
