Directions
Boil: Cooking Directions
For 2 servings, use 1-1/4 cups water, 1/2 cup riced veggies, 1/4 tsp. salt (optional) and 1 tsp. olive oil (optional).
For 4 servings, use 2-1/2 cups water, entire bag of riced veggies, 1/2 tsp. salt (optional) and 2 tsp. olive oil (optional).
Stove Top
1. In a medium pan add water and salt (optional), then bring to a boil.
2. Stir in riced veggies and return to boil.
3. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 9 minutes or until water is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
5. To finish, toss with olive oil (optional).
Do not prepare in rice cooker.
