Directions Cooking Directions: 2 Servings: 1-1/4 cups water; 1/2 cup riced veggies; 1/4 tsp salt (optional); 1 tsp olive oil (optional). 4 Servings: 2-1/2 cups water; entire bag riced veggies; 1/2 tsp salt (optional); 2 tsp olive oil (optional). Stove Top: 1. In a medium pan add water and salt (optional), then bring to a boil. 2. Stir in riced veggies and return to boil. 3. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 9 minutes or until water is absorbed, stirring occasionally. 4. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. 5. To finish, toss with olive oil (optional). Do not prepare in rice cooker.
