For food safety, follow these cooking instruction carefully. Stovetop Cooking: Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil in saucepan. Add desired amount of frozen vegetables. Bring to a second boil. Stir; cover and reduce heat. Simmer 7-9 minutes or to desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Do Not Overcook. Drain, season to taste and serve. Microwave Cooking: Combine desired amount of frozen vegetables and 3 tablespoons water in a microwave-safe casserole; cover. Microwave on high for 7-9 minutes (Times may vary from one microwave oven to another) or to desired tenderness, stirring halfway through cooking time. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes. Stand(ing) time is important for safety and quality. Check for cold spots and continue cooking, if needed. Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to use. If thawed cook promptly. Store at 0 degrees F (-18 degrees C) or lower. Check freezer temperature with thermometer and adjust controls as needed.
