Directions Ramen Cooking Directions: 1. Bring 2 cups (16oz/480ml) of water to boil. Add one bundle noodles to boiling water. Cook for 3 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. 2. Remove from heat and mix in contents of the enclosed soup packet. Stir well and serve. Tsukemen Cooking Directions: 1 Add noodles to 4 cups (32oz/960ml) of boiling water. cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain well. Place noodles on serving plate. 3. Open soup packet into a dip bowl, add 2/3 cup boiling water and mix well. 4. Dip noodles in the soup enjoy Tsukemen. Caution: Be careful when handling hot or boiling water.
