Directions You'll Need: Eggs; Oil; Water. Pancakes 4 Inch: 3; Mix: 1/2 cup; Eggs: 1; Oil: 2 tbsp; Water: 1 tbsp. Pancakes 4 Inch: 6; Mix: 1 cup; Eggs: 2; Oil: 1/4 cup; Water: 2 tbsp. Pancakes 4 Inch: 12; Mix: Full pouch; Eggs: 4; Oil: 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp; Water: 1/3 cup. Pancake Instructions: 1. Gently whisk together egg, oil and water. 2. Fold in mix until combined. Don't over - mix lumps are okay! 3. Cook over medium-high heat on a preheated greased skillet about 3 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Waffles: Follow pancake instructions for batter, but double the water. Cook according to waffle iron instructions. Storing Tip: Keep your mix in the fridge after opening for optimum freshness!
