Haddock Fillets, Breadcrumb Coating, Vegetable Oil. Haddock Fillets: Haddock, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (to Retain Fish Moisture). Breadcrumb Coating: Wheat Flour, Water, Yellow Corn Flour, Sugar, Salt, Palm Oil, Onion Powder, Whey, Baking Powder (Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Cream of Tartar), Yeast, Natural Flavor. Vegetable Oil: Canola and/or Soybean Oil.

Directions Cooking Directions: Conventional oven. Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Arrange on metal baking pan. 3. Bake 20-24 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving.) Flip after 14 minutes. Keep frozen. Best if used by August 2020
