Directions Keep frozen. Basic Cooking Guide: Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Place frozen wings in a lightly oiled baking pan. 3. Bake 15 minutes, turn, and cover with cooking sauce if desired. 4. Bake 15 to 18 minutes more, until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F. Skillet: 1. Heat 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil per wing in a large skillet on medium-high heat. 2. Add frozen wings, reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 20 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F. Grill. 1. Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. 2. Prepare grill so heat is medium hot. (If using a charcoal grill, test temperature by holding your hand 6 inches above the grill rack. The fire is medium-hot if you can hold your hand there comfortably for 3 to 4 seconds). 3. Place frozen wings on rack directly over fire; cover and cook 10 minutes. 4. Turn and cover again.
