Directions Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: Glenmark Premium Angus Pub Style Burgers are at their best when cooked directly from the freezer. Outdoor Grill: For Medium: Preheat grill to 350 degrees F or until charcoal briquets turn white hot; grill frozen burger 3-1/2 minutes. Turn to cook 3 more minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Frying Pan: For Medium: Preheat frypan over medium-high heat; place frozen burger in uncovered pan; fry 3-1/2 minutes or until surface juices appear. Turn and fry 3 more minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Broiler: For medium, preheat broiler; broil frozen burger for 6-1/2 minutes. If desired, turn burger after 3-1/2 minutes for even browning or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep frozen.
