Place frozen burgers on broiler rack, or pan on oven rack in broiler. Broil for 6 min on each side (12 min total) (cooking times are approximate, always cook patties to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F. We recommend that you do not press the patties while they are cooking in order for them to retain the natural juices that enhance their flavor); Charcoal Grill - Cook frozen burgers on grill approximately 1-1/2 inch to 2 inch over hot coals. Grill for approximately 9 min on each side (18 min total) (cooking times are approximate, always cook patties to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F. We recommend that you do not press the patties while they are cooking in order for them to retain the natural juices that enhance their flavor). Cook to 160 degrees F. Cooking ground beef to 160 degrees kills harmful bacteria which could cause serious illness. Put cooked patty on a clean plate. Use a thermometer.
