(3) Place pork filet in shallow roasting pan (If cooking 2 filets space 2-3 inches apart and cook covered for 30 minutes then uncovered for additional 10 minutes). (4) Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.( 5) Uncover and bake for additional 10 minutes until filet reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (thickest part) or juices run clear.
