Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions from Frozen: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen fish sticks in a single layer on a foil-lined shallow baking sheet on middle rack of oven. Bake for 14-16 minutes. For a crispier product, turn over halfway through baking. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let cool prior to serving. Deep Fry: Preset fryer to 375 degrees F. Place frozen fish sticks in a single layer set timer and cook for 6-7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let cool prior to serving. Keep frozen. Perishable.
