Directions Directions: 5 lbs pork (shoulder, butt, loin) 2 tablespoons kalua seasoning salt. Crock Pot/Slow Cooker: Sprinkle kalua seasoning over pork. Place in crock pot on low heat. Cook for 6-10 hours. Shred with fork. Oven Baked: Sprinkle Kalua seasoning over pork. Place in shallow pan and tightly cover with foil. Bake at 275 degrees F for 6-10 hours. Shred with fork.
