Directions Light & fluffy in 90 sec. Create your own bowl. Add your favorite protein + vegetable + topping. Cooking times are based on a 1000 watt microwave oven. Microwave ovens vary; cooking times may need to be adjusted. Internal temperature of rice should be 165 degrees F after heating. (1) Gently squeeze pouch to separate rice. (2) Tear to vent pouch about 2 inches at one notch. (3) Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Let stand in Microwave for 1 minute. Skillet Cooking Directions: Pour rice into nonstick skillet.
