Directions
Cook thoroughly. Conventional oven cooking directions: (from frozen) 1. Preheat oven to 350°f. 2. Peel back corner of film. 3. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°f as tested by a thermometer. Microwave cooking directions: 1. Remove tray from carton, and peel back corner of film. 2. Place braised chicken with potatoes, olives & lemon in center of microwave, directly on top of microwave safe plate, away from walls. If oven has a metal shelf, remove before heating. (aluminum tray is microwavable). Cook for 4-5 minutes on high. Note: heat only one meal at a time. Use caution as pan may be hot to touch. 3. Stir and heat for an additional minute or until internal temperature reaches 165°f
