Directions
Let's Make Some Pudding: 1-3/4 cups whole milk (to make vegan, substitute dairy-free milk & egg alternative. Avoid fat-free options as pudding will not set. Like anything homemade, color & consistency will vary) 2 large egg yolks. In a small saucepan. Beat milk & egg yolks with a whisk Add dry mix & whisk well. Cook over medium heat, stir constantly, until pudding begins to boil. Reduce heat to low & continue cooking for 60 seconds, stirring lightly. Remove from heat. Fold in 1 Tbsp butter (Optional, but live a little) Enjoy warm, cold, or with a cocktail.
