Directions
Must cook thoroughly. See cook instructions. Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Refrigerate leftovers. Stove Top (Recommended): Squeeze bag gently to separate veggies (If veggies can’t be easily separated, defrost in microwave or pour skillet and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, covered, or until veggies break apart, stirring occasionally). Heat 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil in a nonstick on medium high. Add veggies and cook 6 to 7 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Microwave: place unopened bag, standing up, in center of microwave. Microwave on high 5-1/2 - 6 minutes (Microwave directions developed with 1000-watt ovens. Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking time as needed) or until hot. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove bag. Caution: Bag will be hot; Avoid steam when opening.
