Directions
Cooking instructions: Preferred method - Skillet Cook in lightly oiled nonstick skillet ever medium high heat for 1-2 minutes per side, until heated through and lightly browned. Bake: Oven/Toaster Oven: Preheat even/toaster even to 400 degrees and bake on ungreased baking sheet for 6-8 minutes, until healed through and lightly browned. Keep frozen until ready to cook. For food safety cook to 165 degrees internal temperature.
