Budda Baker's Field Goal Nachos Tailgate Recipe

Budda Baker's Field Goal Nachos

Calling all Cardinals Fans! Celebrate Gameday with Budda Baker's favorite loaded nachos.

Ingredients

FOR THE NACHOS

  • 1-2 bags of Tortilla Chips
  • 1/2 jalapeno, very thinly sliced pico de gallo
  • Sour Cream
  • Cilantro
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1-2 cups Shredded Cheese (mexican blend is best)
  • 1 pack of ground beef

FOR THE QUICK GUACAMOLE

  • 2 ripe avocado
  • 1/8 tsp. cumin
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Freshly chopped cilantro (about 1 tbsp.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and ground beef and brown the meat, breaking it up with the back of a spoon, until cooked through (no longer pink), about 8 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a bowl combine all of the quick guac ingredients. mash until it reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Spread all of the chips across a large baking sheet. Pour the beans and meat over top. Top with cheese and bake in the preheated oven until cheese has just melted, about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and top with the guac, the sour cream jalapeno, pico, and cilantro.
  6. Serve to a hungry group Cardinals fans. Enjoy!

Robert Wood's Touchdown Turkey Burger

Fire up your grills and get ready for Gameday! Robert Wood's favorite gameday food is a juicy turkey burger. Go Rams!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together turkey, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley, then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Form mixture into four flat patties.
  3. Either cook on grill or In a medium skillet. If you use skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add patties and cook until golden and cooked through, 5 minutes per side.
  4. Serve on a bun with desired toppings.
  5. Grab the remote and cheer the Rams to victory!

Tre Flower's D-Fense Wings

Hey Seahawks fans! Tre Flower's wants you to tailgate with his famous buffalo wings!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Kosher salt
  • 1/4 c. hot sauce (such as Frank's)
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • Ranch dressing, for serving
  • Carrot sticks, for serving
  • Celery sticks, for serving

 

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° and place a wire rack over a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Transfer to prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake until chicken is golden and skin is crispy, 50 to 60 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through.
  4. In a small saucepan, whisk together hot sauce and honey. Bring to simmer then stir in butter. Cook until butter is melted and slightly reduced, about 2 minutes.
  5. Heat broiler on low. Transfer baked wings to a bowl and toss with buffalo sauce until completely coated.
  6. Return wings to rack and broil—watching carefully!—until sauce caramelizes, 3 minutes.
  7. Serve with ranch dressing and vegetables to be the MVP of any tailgate
