Directions How to Cook: Rinse grains before cooking. Add 1 cup of wheat berries to 2 1/2 cups of liquid. Combine in a saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer, covered, until the wheat berries are tender but still chewy in texture, about 15 minutes. We have discovered that rice cookers are an easy way to prepare wheat berries, farro and quinoa. Ready in about 15 min. Wheat Berries are an agricultural product.
