Directions
Per 1 lb fish [tuna (ahi), bonito (aku), swordfish, salmon, octopus (tako), etc.]: Cut raw fish into 3/4 inch x 3/4 inch cubes. Remove ogo (seaweed) from package and place in bowl. (Variation in color of seaweed does not affect flavor). Cover with water. Let stand for 2-3 minutes. Remove ogo from water and slice into 1/2 inch pieces. Place cut fish in a bowl and sprinkle ogo over fish. Add 2 teaspoons sesame oil. Add poke mix. Mix well and serve. To enhance flavor and color, add chopped green onions. Tako Poke: Cut tako (cooked octopus) into 1/8 inch slices. Tofu Poke: Using 1 lb of firm tofu, drain water and follow the above directions.
