Suggested uses: Try substituting 25-50% of the all-purpose flour in you baked goods recipe with quinoa flour. Up to 100% of the all-purpose flour called for in flatbead, pancake and waffle recipes may be replaced successfully with quinoa flour. Start substituting on the low end and increase the quantity of quinoa flour as your recipe tolerates. Quinoa flour is not recommended for use in yeast breads.
