Artisanal egg pasta. San Francisco. Crafted using durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs. Slow dried at low temperature. Hand packed. Cooking Time: Approx. 8-10 min. Our products is made following a long tradition of Italian pasta makers. Only a blend of the best semolina and durum is used, along with fresh local farm eggs and ingredients. It is dried very slowly in storage rooms at a low temperature to preserve this intrinsic taste and nutrition property of the product. All natural ingredients. No salt or preservatives. Artisanal extruded and laminated. Made in San Francisco.

Directions Cooking Instructions: Bring 4 to 6 quarts of slightly salted water to a rapid boil. Pour in the quantity of pasta needed, stirring gently. Cook to desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Drain immediately and serve with your favorite sauce recipe. Store in a cool dry place.
