1 package of Racconto Polenta. 1 tbsp of Racconto Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 1 jar or Racconto Marinara Sauce. Racconto Romano Cheese. Slice polenta into 1/2 thick slices. In a large skillet, over medium high flame, heat olive oil. Add polenta slices. Heat each side for about three minutes or until the polenta becomes golden brown. In a separate small sauce pan, heat marinara sauce. Place polenta slices onto serving tray. Spoon a generous amount of marinara on top of each slice of polenta. Sprinkle with cheese. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
